Welcome to Lullaride. This website and online store (enovion.store), including all information, content, tools, products, and services made available through it (the Services), is operated by Muchacho Venture LLC. In these Terms, we, us, and our refer to Lullaride and Muchacho Venture LLC.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund and Returns Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Services.

1. Eligibility and Account

You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and able to enter into binding contracts, and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen. Product descriptions, specifications, and prices may change at any time without notice. We may discontinue products, limit quantities, and restrict sales by region.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel any order, and an order is accepted only once we have confirmed it and successfully processed payment. 7. Safe Use of Our Products

Lullaride is a comfort accessory for passengers. Never use the eye mask or any other part of the kit while driving or operating a vehicle or machinery, or in any situation where you need to be aware of your surroundings. Keep straps and fabric away from the necks of children, and do not leave children unsupervised with the product. Stop using the product if you feel discomfort. Lullaride is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you have neck, spine, or circulation problems, or ongoing pain, consult a healthcare professional before use.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including the Lullaride name and logo, text, images, graphics, designs, videos, and software, is the property of Muchacho Venture LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use it only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use without our written permission is prohibited.

9. Third-Party Tools and Links

The Services may include tools and links provided by third parties. We do not control, review, or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. You use them at your own risk and are subject to the terms of their providers.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the one where you live.

11. Reviews and Submissions

If you send us reviews, photos, comments, or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display them in connection with our business, including in marketing. We may suspend your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms. Obligations that arose before termination, and provisions that by their nature should survive, remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts of New Mexico. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, it will be applied to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will stay in effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the policies referenced in them are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. Our failure to exercise a right is not a waiver of that right.

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them without restriction.

We may update these Terms by posting the new version on this website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept them. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
